Do you deliver outside the Kathmandu Valley?+
Yes. Inside Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur delivery is NPR 90 and orders placed before 3 PM ship the same day. Elsewhere in Nepal we send by courier and show the charge at checkout. Cash on delivery is available.
Is the eye test really free?+
Yes. It is a 15-minute vision test with a prescription at our Lalitpur and Boudha showrooms, with no fee and no obligation to buy. Walk in Sun - Fri : 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, or book a slot online.
Can I use my own prescription?+
Yes. Choose any frame, open the lens customiser, and type or upload your prescription. Our opticians cut and fit the lenses in-house. If you do not have a recent prescription, book the free eye test first.
How can I pay?+
Cash on delivery, eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay or bank transfer. Every order carries a 1-year frame warranty and a 7-day return window.
