Delivery area & timelines
- Inside Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur): NPR 90 delivery charge, cash on delivery available. Orders placed before 4:00 PM typically ship the same day; otherwise next-day delivery.
- Outside the Valley (rest of Nepal): delivery in 2–5 business days via our courier partners. Shipping fee shown at checkout.
- Prescription orders: add 1–3 business days for lens fitting before dispatch.
Order tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime at blurkart.com/track using your order number.
Shipping partners
We use trusted local logistics partners for last-mile delivery across Nepal. Packages are handled with care, and fragile eyewear items travel in protective cases.
Delivery attempts
Couriers will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery fails (incorrect address, nobody home, phone unreachable), the package will be returned and you'll be contacted to arrange re-delivery or refund.
International shipping
We currently ship only within Nepal. Please contact us for special requests.
