What a complete pair costs
The bill for glasses is really two bills: the frame and the lenses. Eyeglass frames start at NPR 999 and lenses at NPR 750, so the least a complete pair costs is NPR 1,749. Delivery inside Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur is NPR 90, with cash on delivery.
Single vision or progressive
A single vision lens corrects one distance, either far or near. A progressive lens carries distance, screen and reading power in one lens with no visible line, which is why it costs more. With progressives, the wider the clear corridor, the more precise the grinding, and that is what the higher prices pay for.

How to order lenses with a frame
- Pick a frame from prescription frames.
- Open the lens options on the frame's page and choose your lens.
- Type in your prescription, upload a photo of it, or send the photo on WhatsApp.
- Our opticians cut and fit the lenses, then the order is dispatched.
Frames can be exchanged any time before the lenses are cut. Once lenses are cut to your power they cannot be reused, so a fitted pair cannot be returned.

- Is the eye test included in the lens price?
- The eye test is free and separate from anything you buy. It takes about ten minutes at either showroom, Pulchowk in Lalitpur or Boudha in Kathmandu, and there is no obligation to buy.
- Can I use a prescription from a hospital or another shop?
- Yes. Upload it at checkout or send us a photo on WhatsApp. A complete prescription needs SPH, CYL, AXIS and your PD. If the PD is missing, we measure it free at the showroom.
- How long do prescription lenses take?
- Lens fitting adds one to three working days before an order is dispatched. We will tell you if your power needs longer.
