ZEISS MyoCare FSV 1.59 – DuraVision Platinum UV (Pair) ZEISS MyoCare FSV is the finished single vision (ready-stock) version of ZEISS MyoCare, ZEISS's spectacle lens for managing myopia (short-sightedness) in children. It corrects your child's distance vision like normal glasses, and its lens design is made to help slow how fast myopia increases. Because it is a stock lens, it is the most affordable way into ZEISS MyoCare and can be fitted quickly. How ZEISS MyoCare works Myopia usually gets worse as a child's eye grows longer. ZEISS MyoCare lenses have a clear centre for sharp vision, surrounded by ZEISS C.A.R.E. technology – fine rings of alternating correction and defocus zones across the lens. ZEISS reports that children wearing ZEISS MyoCare spectacle lenses came, on average, about 70% closer to the normal eye-length growth seen in normal-sighted children (ZEISS data for ages 7–12). Results vary from child to child, so regular check-ups with an eye doctor are important.
