Delete your Blurkart account

You can delete your account yourself, in the Blurkart app (Profile, then Delete account) or on this page after signing in. It happens straight away.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, phone number, email and saved addresses
• Your wishlist, notifications and app notification settings
• Prescriptions saved with your orders

What we keep

A record of past orders (items, prices, dates) for our accounts and tax records, with your name, phone, email and address removed. Reviews you posted stay on the product page without a link to you.

If you have an order in progress, cancel it or wait until it is delivered first. Can't sign in? Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] from your registered number or email and we will delete it for you within 7 days.
